Tech4City is Huawei Singapore’s flagship competition that aims to empower youths to build the Singapore of tomorrow through technological innovation for social good.
The Huawei Tech4City Competition Finals 2025 concluded on 28 November 2025, with Remarkably, a team from NUS winning the grand prize of S$20,000 for their AI-powered essay platform closing the feedback gap for students especially in underserved communities.
The competition saw over 320 youths submitting more than 120 proposals, and involved partners from government, academia, industries to empower our shared digital future.
In the 2025 edition, the finals were live-streamed across Huawei’s Facebook and X platforms, reaching over 14.87 million live viewers
